EvK2Cnr supports the 5th National Conference on Science and Technology

KATHMANDU, Nepal -- EvK2Cnr, as the partner of the Hkkh Partnership Project focused on management-oriented environmental research, actively supports the 5th National Conference on Science and Technology organized by the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology in Kathmandu on November 10-12th.

International researchers working closely with EvK2Cnr - Sandro Lovari, Elisa Vuillermoz, Gianni Tartari, Anna Milvia Boselli and Annalisa Cogo - will present their researches at the meeting. Also national researchers that have been carrying out research with EvK2Cnr in the framework of the Hkkh Partnership Project will present their work.

Bastian Flury, Ev-K2-CNR, Nepal Project Coordinator, will inform about the HKKH Partnership Project initiative. In the framework of this project Ev-K2-CNR and NAST are establishing the first and only laboratory for dendrochronological analyses in Nepal, a method of scientific dating based on the analysis of tree-ring growth patterns.
